Login security and device management
Each time you log in to mulia jitu, your credentials are verified against your registered username and password. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you will receive a one-time code via SMS after entering your password. Enter this code on the next screen within subject to verification to complete login. If you do not receive the code, request a new one or use a backup code generated during 2FA setup. Login attempts are monitored; after five incorrect passwords in subject to verification, your account is temporarily locked for subject to verification as a security measure.
If you enable "Remember me on this device", mulia jitu stores a secure cookie on your browser. This allows faster login on your next visit without re-entering your password. However, do not use this feature on shared or public computers. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, log out of all devices immediately through your account settings and reset your password. mulia jitu will display a list of devices and IP addresses that have accessed your account in the last 30 days; review this list and remove any unfamiliar devices.
Password recovery and account lockout
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address or username. mulia jitu will send a password reset link to your email within subject to verification. Click the link (valid for 24 hours) and enter a new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include both letters and numbers. After resetting your password, you can log in immediately with the new credentials. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support with your account details.
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait subject to verification and try again. If you are locked out for a different reason (such as suspicious activity flagged by mulia jitu's security system), an email will be sent to your registered address explaining the lockout and the steps to unlock your account. Do not attempt to create a new account while your original account is locked; contact support instead. Account lockouts are typically lifted within 24 business hours after you verify your identity through the email link provided.
Session timeout and logout
Your mulia jitu session remains active for subject to verification of inactivity. If you have not clicked, typed, or navigated within the platform during this period, you will be automatically logged out for security. When this happens, you must log in again to access your account. Sessions also expire after 12 hours of continuous login, regardless of activity, to prevent unauthorised access on shared devices. If you are logged out unexpectedly, log back in with your credentials.
To manually log out, click the "Log out" button in your account menu. This immediately ends your session and clears your login cookie (if "Remember me" was enabled). After logout, you must re-enter your credentials to access your account again. If you are using a shared device, always log out before leaving the computer or device. If you suspect your session has been compromised, log out from all devices in your account settings under "Active sessions" or "Login history".
Two-factor authentication setup
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your mulia jitu account. To enable 2FA, log in, navigate to your security settings, and select "Enable 2FA". Choose SMS as your delivery method (the only current option). mulia jitu will send a code to your registered mobile number. Enter this code to confirm activation. Once 2FA is enabled, you will receive a one-time SMS code each time you log in from a new device or browser. Store the backup codes provided during setup in a secure location; you can use them if you lose access to your mobile number.
If you change your mobile number, update it in your account settings before disabling and re-enabling 2FA. If you lose access to your registered phone number and do not have backup codes, contact mulia jitu support immediately with your username and email address. Support staff will verify your identity using your KYC documents before resetting 2FA. Disabling 2FA through your settings requires your current password and removes the SMS verification requirement; you can re-enable it at any time.
Account verification and KYC status
Your mulia jitu account status is displayed after login. If your account shows "Verification pending", your KYC documents (government ID and proof of address) have been submitted but are still under review. This process typically takes 24–48 business hours. If your status shows "Verification incomplete", you have not yet submitted documents; navigate to your security or profile settings and upload the required files. Until KYC verification is complete, you cannot withdraw funds, although deposits and account access are available.
If your verification status shows "Documents rejected", log in and review the rejection reason (usually provided in a notification). Common reasons include blurry images, documents older than three months (for proof of address), or mismatched names between documents and your registered account. Re-submit clear, legible images. If you need assistance, contact support with your username and the document type that was rejected; support staff can clarify specific requirements or request alternative documents.
Accessing football, live-dealer, and slot markets
After logging in, mulia jitu displays your account balance in the top navigation bar. The main menu shows sections for sports betting (football Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and international events), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), and slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways). Click any market to view available games and odds. Football betting shows upcoming and in-play matches; click a match to view betting options. Live-dealer sections display active tables with studio names, stakes, and current players.
Your account balance updates in real-time as you place bets or wagers. To deposit before betting, navigate to Cashier and select a payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or QRIS for e-wallets; BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI for bank transfers). To withdraw winnings, go to Cashier, select Withdraw, and enter your amount. Your withdrawal request is reviewed within 24–48 hours; once approved, funds are sent to your original payment method.
